We're looking for a Website & Digital Experience Manager to lead the performance, structure, and user experience of NCCER.org.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution-especially within a modern marketing tech stack. You'll work extensively within WordPress and HubSpot and leverage tools like FullStory, Figma, and Markup to update content, create new content pages and product sections, understand user behavior, optimize journeys, and help improve conversion.
This is an in-office position based in Gainesville, FL. We believe close, in-person collaboration across marketing, content, and leadership teams is key to building and maintaining a high-impact digital experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Website Management & Optimization
Manage day-to-day updates and ongoing improvements to NCCER.org and our other domains ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.
  • HubSpot & Marketing Integration
Own and optimize the website's integration with HubSpot, including forms, workflows, lead capture, list segmentation, and marketing automation support.
  • SEO/AEO & Content Performance
Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices to increase visibility for construction training, certification, and career-related searches.
  • UX & Design Collaboration
Partner with designers using tools like Figma to iterate on layouts, components, and user flows.
  • User Experience & Conversion Optimization
Improve how key audiences-contractors, educators, students, and our partners-find information and take action through better navigation, landing pages, and ongoing experimentation.
  • Accessibility & Performance
Help ensure the site is mobile-friendly, accessible (ADA/WCAG), and performs reliably across devices.
  • Analytics & Tracking
Maintain and enhance Google Tag Manager and GA4, ensuring accurate tracking, clean data, and actionable reporting
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to continuously improve the site's design, functionality, and effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • ~3-6 years of experience managing or optimizing WP websites in an agency or multi-domain organization
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (forms, workflows, CRM integration, or marketing automation)
  • 3-5 Years of WordPress technical experience such as theme customization and plugin management
  • Strong understanding of Technical SEO Best Practices
  • Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience using behavioral analytics tools such as FullStory, Hotjar, or similar
  • Familiarity with Figma, Markup and Trello
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website performance best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams

Nice to Have
  • Experience with A/B testing or experimentation platforms
  • Experience working with external developers or agencies
  • Exposure to eCommerce platforms

What Success Looks Like
  • NCCER.org becomes easier to navigate, more engaging, and more effective at converting visitors as measured by key site engagement metrics
  • Major programs and new product initiatives are supported and well represented within the NCCER digital ecosystem
  • Key audiences can quickly find relevant information and take action
  • HubSpot integrations and workflows support stronger lead capture and marketing performance
  • User behavior insights (FullStory, analytics) directly inform ongoing improvements
  • Website data provides clear insights to guide marketing decisions
