Crystal Tractor needs talented and outgoing individuals to join our sales team. We support Kubota, Mahindra, CFMOTO, STIHL, eXmark, Takeuchi, GRAVELY, Husqvarna, TORO, & Land Pride. Training programs are provided for your guaranteed success. You bring the right attitude, and we will provide the right training.

Qualifications:

  • Quality customer service skills and sales track record
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
  • High personal achievement standards
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete extensive training regarding the product line.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge base of all makes and models.
  • Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their purchase.
  • Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
  • Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork.
  • Support online customers through our eSales office.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
