  • Experience within real estate, property management, construction, or related industries highly preferred
  • CPA or CPA-track background is a plus
  • Experience with AppFolio, QuickBooks Desktop, Entrata, or similar platforms is beneficial
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
