Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our consumer electronics sales efforts with a focus on Regional CE Accounts, Enterprise, and Wireless distribution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key accounts, and developing strategic plans to increase market share within the consumer electronics industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the retail landscape, and a passion for consumer technology products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets with nationwide accounts.
    • Manage and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers, category managers, and senior management.
  • Develop joint business plans with top retailers that align Skullcandy's category strategy with buyer objectives, including new product launches, promotional calendars, and merchandising initiatives.
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize product placement and promotion.
  • Sales Leadership:
    • Lead outside sales representatives focused on consumer electronics, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
