• Lead a software development team by fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
• Oversee the planning, prioritization, and execution of key engineering projects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to help shape the architecture, design, and implementation of software systems that adhere to engineering best practices, including code quality, automation testing, and documentation.
• Continuously assess and improve engineering processes from development workflows to deployment pipelines.
