Job Description:

Project Manager - Oil & Gas Facilities (posting title)

Parsons is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects in the Oil & Gas industry, with a focus on gas processing, compression, and amine facilities. In this role, you will manage projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations. In this role, you are required to be Houston, TX-based and be on-site 3 days a week.

You will work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and overall execution. This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong project leadership skills with hands-on experience in midstream and gas facility projects.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the successful delivery of Oil & Gas projects, particularly gas processing, compression, and amine facilities
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, and profitability
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects moving forward
  • Interface with technical Subject Matter Experts, Operations, Maintenance, Construction, and Turnaround teams
  • Monitor project risks, changes, and performance, and implement solutions when needed
  • Oversee invoicing, change orders, and project reporting
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support business development efforts and help identify new project opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in project delivery or project management
  • Strong experience in Oil & Gas, especially gas processing, compression, and amine systems
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary project teams
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills
  • Knowledge of industry practices, regulations, and project execution processes
  • Professional registration is a plus, if applicable
