Collaborates with stakeholders to develop training materials and improve user adoption. Applies knowledge of business processes and systems to support learning needs and enhance overall effectiveness.

Essential Functions

Work Focus:
Researches, collects & analyzes information. Identifies opportunities, develops solutions, & leads through resolution.
Collaborates on performance improvement activities as indicated by outcomes in program efficiency & patient experience.
Responsible for distribution of analytical reports.
Process Focus: Utilizes multiple system applications to perform analysis, create reports & develop educational materials. Incorporates basic knowledge of Trinity Health policies, practices & processes to ensure quality, confidentiality & safety are prioritized.
Demonstrates knowledge of departmental processes & procedures & ability to readily acquire new knowledge.
Data Management & Analysis:
Research & compiles information to support ad-hoc operational projects & initiatives.
Synthesizes & analyzes data & provides detailed summaries including graphical data presentations illustrating trends & recommending practical options or solutions while considering the impact on business strategy & supporting leadership decision making.
Leverages program & operational data & measurements to define & demonstrate progress, ROI & impacts.
Maintains a Working Knowledge of applicable federal, state & local laws / regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program & Code of Conduct, as well as other policies, procedures & guidelines in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical & professional behavior & safe work practices.

Functional Role (not inclusive of titles or advancement career progression)

Learning Production & Delivery

  • Design and produce learning solutions: Create high-quality learning experiences (e.g., eLearning modules, videos, virtual instructor-led training, slide decks).
  • Customize department-specific training: Tailor materials to the workflows, roles, and processes of different departments.

Content Coordination & Management

  • Coordinate content creation with SMEs: Work with subject matter experts to gather accurate information and turn it into engaging training materials.
  • Maintain and organize learning libraries: Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and accessible via the LMS or knowledge portals.

Technical Integration & Collaboration

  • Align learning with system functionality: Translate system changes (e.g., software upgrades, new tools) into relevant training updates for users.
  • Collaborate with IT/system administrators: Understand changes in platforms (like ERP, CRM, HRIS) to proactively develop or adjust training resources.

End User Support & Enablement

  • Facilitate or coordinate training sessions: Conduct or support live sessions, webinars, onboarding workshops, or department-specific walkthroughs.
  • Develop "how-to" resources: Quick guides, tip sheets, and scenario-based learning assets to help users with daily tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Learning & Development or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in training delivery, instructional design, or end-user support.
  • Workday training and technical expertise.
