Job Description

Position Summary:

To ensure the timely and accurate processing of all Sales Orders and perform the daily generation of related management reports.

Detailed Job Description:

  1. Enter all Sales Orders and Sample Sales Orders into the system via MAS200 software.
  2. Maintain all department processing deadlines as instructed.
  3. Generate all related end-of-day sales reports.
  4. Ensure proper distribution of all reports to management and customers as scheduled and per instruction.
  5. Monitor the accuracy of all data entered into the system as a result of sales order processing.
  6. Process all replacement orders.
  7. Maintain an accurate audit trail of all orders.
  8. Perform account maintenance as required.
  9. Assist in resolving order discrepancies that may directly impact order processing for customers.
  10. Maintain a positive, professional attitude and working relationship with company personnel and customers.
  11. Assist in answering incoming telephone lines as required.
  12. Effectively communicate with management, sales personnel, and other departments regarding discrepancies that may negatively impact the order processing function.
  13. Recommend processes that may streamline operations and reduce costs associated with job-related functions.
  14. Perform filing, faxing, typing, and photocopying as required.
  15. Support other departments and management with various additional duties as requested.
