Job description

Korn Ferry is partnering with Erlanger Heart & Lung Institute on Interventional and General Cardiology opportunities within a growing, academic-affiliated cardiovascular program.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established, hospital-employed group with strong infrastructure, built-in patient demand, and continued investment in program growth.

Program Overview
  • Team of 22 cardiologists, 21 APPs, and 12 cardiovascular fellows
  • Academic affiliation with the University of Tennessee and faculty appointment opportunities
  • Strong referral network with consistent patient volume
  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with CT surgery support

Interventional Cardiology

Opportunity tied to program growth and cath lab expansion

Strong procedural volume with built-in referrals

Involvement in STEMI program development and expansion

Collaborative environment with CT surgery and specialty teams

Interventional call ~1:5, with plans to improve as the team grows

Opportunity to help shape and expand interventional services across the system


General Cardiology

Primarily clinic-based with strong non-invasive volume (echo, imaging)

Structured inpatient rounding support model

1:8 call, with fellows taking first call and APP support overnight

Active new patient waitlist and established outpatient demand
