Job Responsibilities

  • Lead finance-focused D365 client projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

  • Work as a senior individual contributor and team member, collaborating with project teams and supporting junior consultants.

  • Partner with client finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective D365 Finance solutions.

  • Design and configure D365 Finance to support core accounting and financial processes such as General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.

  • Gather, document, and validate functional requirements; support system integrations, data migration, and customizations as needed.

  • Apply strong accounting and financial systems knowledge to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable solutions.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Support user adoption through training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.

  • Strong experience with ERP systems, with a primary focus on Finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Financial Reporting).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or related Microsoft certifications preferred.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $102,500 - $139,700. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $112,800 - $153,700. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $117,900 - $160,600. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
