Your New Role

The Manager, Brand Strategy will be responsible for B/R Racing’s day-to-day and long-term programming & content strategy across all social platforms, inclusive of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X. This position will also work cross-functionally with Bleacher Report and B/R App managers to manage and coordinate motorsports coverage across the Bleacher Report portfolio of brands, as well as our Studio and Production teams to coordinate linear integration and promotion with TNT/TruTV/Max racing broadcast programming. The manager will drive audience growth and engagement around always-on news coverage, original social content, and broadcast moments.

Role Accountabilities...

  • Manage B/R Racing’s programming calendar and production orders, particularly within a long-term tentpole planning process.
  • Manage B/R Racing programming staff to ensure brand is responsive to motorsports news cycle, inclusive of all significant NASCAR events.
  • Work with Bleacher Report, B/R App and House of Highlights teams to manage motorsports content strategy across portfolio of brands.
  • Work with NASCAR programming counterparts to coordinate and collaborate with NASCAR on content strategy and execution as necessary.
  • Collaborate with linear production team to plan and curate best studio coverage moments around NASCAR races, as well as proactively identify opportunities for B/R Racing to live within linear broadcast moments.
  • Work with Bleacher Report production team to plan and manage all video-on-demand programming, inclusive of hero productions and related talent commitments.
  • Edit and program social platforms directly where necessary.
  • Execute B/R Racing branded and sponsored programming
  • This role will be expected to be available to work major NASCAR events and travel onsite to TNT Sports races
  • This role may require the employee to regularly appear on-camera or have their voice used on video as needed (as mutually agreed upon)

Qualifications & Experience...

  • 5+ years experience in digital media, social media or content curation preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of motorsports, with a particular emphasis on NASCAR.
  • Extensive knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce and edit social content.
  • Understanding of memes, trends, viral content and popular culture.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as corresponding to NASCAR schedule.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $94,500.00 - $175,500.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
