Golf Course Equipment Operator 

Houston, TX


Description

The Golf Course Equipment Operator will assist with all aspects of the Green & Grounds program. They will operate all maintenance equipment and maintain safety and proficiency. They will tend to the G&G facility as needed to provide the best experience for our membership and staff.


Job Requirements & Experience 

Experience is a plus working in the type of environment in relation to Greens & Grounds.

Willingness to work outside in inclement weather conditions.

Candidate must be able to operate all gas powered maintenance equipment with safety first and awareness of golfer safety. 

Good history of attendance 

Willing to work as a team and demonstrate professional work ethic

Must be able to follow directions and work with others to the HCC maintenance standards.

Must be able to use various types of tools (edgers, rotary mowers, hand blowers,weed trimmers, and fly mowers. 

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the facility.

  Candidate must be able to communicate to all Managers including mechanics 

Candidate must be respectful of others and be able to work the schedule posted by Managers.

Personable, self-motivated, and positive.

Professional, friendly, and customer service oriented.

Punctual and reliable
