Special Springs LLC is the North American headquarters of Special Springs S.r.l., a leading Italian manufacturer of die springs, nitrogen gas springs, cylinders, and related components serving the metal stamping, tool & die, mold, automotive, and industrial manufacturing markets throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

We sell through a combination of direct sales channels and an established distributor network and are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our continued growth across North America.

Position Summary

We are seeking a proven sales leader with a minimum of 10 years of sales management experience to lead our North American sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading and mentoring the sales team, managing distributor relationships, expanding OEM and end-user accounts, and driving profitable revenue growth throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated professional who thrives in industrial manufacturing environments and has experience managing both distribution channels and direct customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the North American sales team.
  • Create and execute strategic sales growth plans.
  • Manage and expand distributor partnerships.
  • Develop and grow direct OEM and end-user relationships.
  • Establish sales objectives, metrics, and accountability.
  • Conduct customer and distributor visits throughout North America.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, pipeline reviews, and sales reports.
  • Collaborate with operations, customer service, and marketing teams.
