Job Description

Cintas is seeking a National Direct Sales Specialist to develop and maintain executive level relationships within existing portfolio customers with additional focus on selling new, managed Direct Sale apparel programs.  The National Direct Sales Specialist maintains, and refreshes customer programs based on Cintas product offering changes through the implementation of living programs.  You will create and execute annual sales and marketing plans that promote customer compliance to ensure program penetration and consistent year over year revenue growth. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Identify profitable Direct Sale opportunities within the F1000 market by researching the marketplace
  • Align with Enterprise National Account managers to promote and sell Direct Sale apparel programs within Enterprise portfolios as well as develop and execute annual prospecting plans
  • Effectively collaborating on Direct Sale opportunities with other Enterprise National Account Managers that will represent other Cintas business solutions
  • Execute a marketing plan for a particular product, service, or specialty area while working within established marketing systems
  • Responsibility for delivering a prescribed budget for own portfolio and other areas
  • Align with Account Management teams to execute portfolio growth plans and contract management for their customer base
Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Active driver's license
  • Travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight

Preferred: 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in B2B sales, selling products and services to customers of a significant size (over 3 to 6 years)
