Description
We are seeking a qualified Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team located in Norway, IA or Boulder, CO. In this role, you would be responsible for developing and executing marketplace marketing strategies that drive sales growth, brand visibility, customer acquisition, and profitability across Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces for the Frontier Co-op and Simply Organic brands. This role combines marketplace advertising expertise, digital marketing strategy, content optimization, and data analysis to maximize product performance and return on investment. You will also work closely with the brand marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
Our ideal candidate will possesses deep experience in Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, product content optimization, and performance analytics, along with a strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and omnichannel retail strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across marketplace channels
  • Identify opportunities to improve product discoverability, conversion rates, and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with Sales and brand teams to align marketplace initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Monitor marketplace trends, competitive activity, and emerging tools to maintain a competitive advantage
  • Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns including sponsored products, sponsored brands, and Amazon DSP
  • Manage Walmart Connect campaigns including sponsored products, Search Brand Amplifier and display advertising
  • Set performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns/programs and report regularly on those metrics
  • Optimize bids, targeting strategies, keywords, and audience segments to improve ROAS and TACoS
  • Oversee the planning, creation, and management of paid media campaigns executed by external agencies across platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and other marketplace
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify relevant trends and opportunities across the digital shelf
  • Identify and implement A/B testing to continuously improve campaign and product performance
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches
  • Manage marketplace-specific promotional calendars including Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Walmart Deals Events
  • Strives to reduce waste, recycle products whenever possible, and re-use resources when practical
  • Works safely at all times, follows safety rules and policies and participates in scheduled training
  • Reports injuries and near misses promptly and in required detailed format; proposes corrective action
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Experience with Vendor Central and Seller Central environments

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field from four-year college or university
  • 3 to 5 years managing paid media programs in an online environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret such items as general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or simple governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, or procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions where a certain degree of tact and discretion is needed.
QUANTITATIVE SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
