Restaurant Manager | The Casual Pint at Holiday Inn & Suites - Pigeon Forge

The Casual Pint at Holiday Inn & Suites Pigeon Forge is a one-of-a-kind beer market and pub experience where guests can explore an extensive craft beer selection, enjoy a casual, welcoming atmosphere, and take their favorites home with them. We are looking for an energetic, experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong bar background to lead our team and deliver the relaxed, genuine hospitality experience that makes The Casual Pint a destination in its own right. This is a role for someone who is as passionate about craft beer as they are about building great teams and running a profitable, guest-focused operation.


What You'll Do

Guest Experience & Service Standards

  • Ensure the restaurant and bar consistently meet or exceed AATMOS Hospitality, The Casual Pint, and Holiday Inn brand service standards
  • Address guest complaints promptly and professionally, always resolving with a commitment to superior service
  • Maintain open channels of communication with the General Manager, team members, and guests at all times
  • Extend professionalism and courtesy to every guest on every shift
  • Actively enforce all safety policies to protect associates, guests, and company assets in compliance with OSHA standards
  • Ensure all required operating licenses and permits are obtained, current, and displayed as required by law

Financial & Operational Management

  • Take full ownership of all food and beverage operations at The Casual Pint
  • Aggressively pursue revenue goals and effectively utilize menu engineering tools to maximize profitability
  • Prepare and manage the annual F&B budget and actively monitor performance against financial targets
  • Control and manage all operational expenses including labor, overtime, food costs, and supply costs
  • Enforce AATMOS Hospitality procurement guidelines and seek and implement cost-saving strategies
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the F&B marketing plan
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times

Team Leadership & Development

  • Motivate, coach, and develop a strong, cohesive team that delivers consistent, high-quality guest experiences
  • Set clear goals, hold team members accountable, and provide consistent feedback, rewards, and recognition
  • Analyze service and quality issues, identify training needs, and implement training programs to optimize results
  • Inspect grooming and attire of team members and address any deficiencies professionally and promptly
  • Encourage and empower team members to solve problems independently and effectively
  • Lead by example with self-confidence, energy, enthusiasm, and a high level of personal integrity
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment that reflects The Casual Pint's welcoming character
