Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Program and Planning Scheduling Analyst - Level 3 or 4, to join our team in Promontory UT.

This individual will report to the Scheduling Manager and will perform detailed schedule analysis for multiple programs and contracts. In this role, the individual will make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership and will interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, as well as the Program/Project Manager.

This position can be filled at either level 3 or 4.

In this job, you will:

  • Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives and ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated. Implements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to:
    • DCMA 14-point
    • IPMDAR DI-MGMT-81861
    • Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
    • Critical Path Analysis
    • Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA)
    • Schedule Health Metrics and Performance Analysis
    • Provides weekly status and reporting
    • Conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits
  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Level 3: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling - OR - Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling.
  • Level 4: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling - OR - Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling.
  • Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) scheduling software.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and scheduling software such as: (i.e., MS Project, Open Plan, PS3, Primavera P6, Kidasa Milestones Professional, Deltek and SSI Tools).
  • Full understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and ability to implement on programs with varying contract types.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Primavera P6.
  • Experience with resource loading Schedules.
  • Experience with Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA).
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance.

Primary Level Salary Range: $89,400.00 - $134,200.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $111,700.00 - $167,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
