Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of sales administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure effective daily operations.
- Oversee the processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Establish customer service KPIs to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze KPI reports, offering insights to management to inform decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures aimed at enhancing the efficiency of ERP and CRM systems.
- Facilitate effective communication between Business Development Managers, dealers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales orders or accounts promptly.
- Support the Commercial Team in organizing sales information for internal use and for dealers.
- Collaborate with the Finance Team to ensure accurate billing, payment processing, and the management of sales rebates and programs.
- Work with the SIOP team to support planning initiatives.
- Train team members on processes, systems, and best practices to promote operational excellence.
- In conjunction with supervising the team, manage sales territory responsibilities.
