Job Summary

GoGoMeds is seeking an experienced Data Quality Manager to oversee and support the Data Entry Department within our mail-order pharmacy. This full-time leadership role ensures pharmacy technicians across multiple locations maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards while managing departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold company policies for Pharmacy Technicians in the Data Entry Department, including attendance policy and occurrence tracking

  • Review PTO/Sick Time requests for Pharmacy Technicians in the Data Entry Department

  • Determine appropriate staffing level and hire technicians as appropriate

  • Perform annual reviews for each data entry team member

  • Provide written warnings, write-ups, etc. when disciplinary action needed

  • Oversee Data Entry output and workflows, monitoring technician performance and setting individual goals based on tasks, workload, and capabilities

  • Update existing training resources as necessary or create new material as needed

  • External communication with clients for order troubleshooting and resolution

  • Understand and uphold SLAs for clients
