Job description


CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an Employee-Owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is seeking an Operations Lead for the Army TAP (Department of the Army Transition Assistance Program).
The Operations Lead serves as the Senior-level leader for TAP regional operations. This position manages regional personnel and operations, coordinates with Government stakeholders, ensures VOW/CRS compliance, reviews service delivery quality, and supports customer service, reporting, and outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintaining communications and situational awareness of on-site operations
• Communicate with Government counterparts on any risks, issues, or items of concern
• Plan, de-conflict, and schedule operational requirements with the field staff and Government
• Identify risks and opportunities to the program, presenting solutions and mitigation strategies
• Manage operational documents such as SOPs, policies, and procedures
• Lead Operations Synchronization meeting
• Provide staff updates
• Support and communicate all security guidance
• Serve as security POC to all on-site personnel for installation access issues, general security information, requests for assistance, and security guidance
• Assist with personnel issues that develop during new employee training and participating in coaching sessions as necessary
• Communicate guidance regarding continuing professional development opportunities
• Communicate with Government counterparts on any risks, issues, or items of concern
Required Skills
• Experience managing personnel at one or more sites and coordinating transition activities with Government counterparts.
• Experience conducting QC checks, safeguarding confidential information and PII, and ensuring requirements are completed on time.
• Experience working directly with clients and exercising independent judgment.
Required Experience
• Master's degree preferred in Training and Development, HR Management, Counseling, or a related field, with at least 2 years of career counseling, education, or related experience; bachelor's degree accepted with relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a National Agency Check/background investigation.
Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-site or regional TAP operations.
• Prior experience supporting Army transition programs, employer outreach, or installation-level operations.
