Job Description
Agile Defense is seeking an Operations Lead to support a DoW contract at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The Operations Lead serves as the contractor's on-site authority for all daily contract operations. This role oversees all functional areas, ensures staffing and training readiness, manages administrative and reporting requirements, and acts as the primary interface with government leadership. The Operations Lead also collaborates closely with the Government Project Lead on deliverables, priorities, process changes, and operational execution.
  • Manage contract staffing, training, and performance to meet all deliverables.
  • Coordinate with the KO and COR on decisions affecting contract management, staffing, and operational approach.
  • Establish priorities, track performance metrics, and support training on emerging technologies.
  • Oversee administrative, reporting, and compliance functions.
  • Ensure full execution of the PWS, including delegation of responsibilities and operational oversight.
  • Provide daily technical and professional leadership within assigned areas.
  • Lead large, complex projects; analyze diverse issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage programs involving strategy development, policy implementation, and resource administrati
Education and Background
  • BA/BS with 5+ years of experience, or AA/AS with 7+ years of experience.
  • Certifications: PMP and CISSP, CISM or Security+.
  • Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS.
  • Experience working with the U.S. Army.
Years of Experience
5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA
