What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment

Responsible for leading and managing the team designing data centralization/warehouse and architect that supplies information for the entire organization Directs daily operations of department, analyzing work flow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines. Approves final projects or Information Services requests that will receive the attention of the department. Organizes the overall scope of projects and delegates projects and tasks to others. Identifying and supporting new technology solutions and projects within the Cracker Barrel business to support future success of Cracker Barrel stores and Employees. Partners with stakeholders (including IT, Accounting, Legal, and Operations Teams) to gather system requirements, document specifications, identify system roll out and enhancement plans. Utilize agile principles to estimate, prioritize, plan and deliver solutions with the highest return on time invested Work with Store Support Team to ensure proper support for the field solutions related to the data management. Responsible for leading a highly effective team that supports various parts of the solutions, interfaces, and support. Mentors and guides employees to develop leadership abilities and improve skills. Communicates to employees how the work of the department will accomplish the goals and vision of IS and the overall organization. Creates and maintains documentation that supports current and future state of business systems and supporting interfaces. Manages entire departmental budget. Determines how much is to be allocated to departmental projects based on estimates from project managers.
