Commissioning Project Manager - Data Center

Full-Time | On-Site | $140,000 - $170,000 DOE

Atlanta, GA | San Jose, CA

You have run hyperscale data center commissioning end to end. You know the L1-L5 process inside out. Now you want ownership - not just a title.

This role is for a senior commissioning operator ready to lead projects, build teams, and make real decisions without hand-holding.


MUST HAVES


✓ 10+ years in commissioning, engineering, or mission-critical construction

✓ Background from a Commissioning Authority, General Contractor, or data center Owner/Developer

✓ Full L1-L5 commissioning lifecycle experience in hyperscale data center environments

✓ Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and teams

✓ Strong MEP systems knowledge

✓ Bachelor's Degree

WHAT YOU WILL OWN


• Lead commissioning delivery from pre-construction through final validation

• Oversee functional testing, system validation, and issue resolution

• Identify risks, scope gaps, and performance issues early

• Manage project P&L, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of commissioning engineers

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout delivery

• Contribute to pursuits, pricing, and business growth

• $140,000 - $170,000 base depending on experience
