Identifyappropriate methods/toolsto beleveragedto provide a solutionforthe problem.Share use cases and give examples to demonstrate how the method would solve the business problem.Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance; accordingly, developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Understanding Business Context:solvecomplex business issues. Develop business cases for projects with a projected return on investment or cost savings. Translate business requirements into projects, activities, and tasks and aligns to overall business strategy anddevelopsdomain specificartifact. Serve as an interpreter and conduct to connect business needs with tangible solutions and results.Identifyand recommend relevant business insightspertaining totheir area of work. Data Source Identification: support the understanding of the priority order of requirements and service level agreements. Helpidentifythe most suitable source for data that is fit for purpose. Perform initial data quality checks on extracted data. Data Visualization: generateappropriate graphicalrepresentations of data and model outcomes. Understand customer requirements to designappropriate datarepresentation for multiple data sets. Work with User Experience designers and User Interface engineers asrequiredto build front end applications. Present to andinfluencesthe team and business audience using theappropriate datavisualization frameworks andconveysclear messages through business and stakeholder understanding. Customize communication style based on stakeholder guidance andleveragerational arguments. Guide and mentor junior associates story types, structures, and techniques based on context.Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events. Data Quality Management:promoteand educate others on data quality awareness. Profile, analyze, and assess data quality. Test andvalidatedata quality requirements. Continuously measure and monitor data quality. Delivery against data quality service level agreements. Manage operational Data Quality Management procedures. Manage data quality issues andleadsdata cleansing activities to remove data quality defects, improve data quality, andeliminateunused data.Determineuser accessibility and remove or restrict user access as needed. Interpret company and regulatory policies on data. Educate others on data governance processes, practices, policies, and guidelines. Exploratory Data Analysis: collect and tabulate data and evaluate results todetermineaccuracy, validity, and applicability. Support the identification and application of statistical techniques based on requirements. Apply suitabletechniqueunder direction from leadership.Assistin the planning,designand implementation of exploration data analysis research projects. Understand existing statistical models andidentifyand recommend statistical models based on hypothesis. Use advanced Knowledge in Data Discovery tools to write queries and analyze data toidentifypatterns, trends, outliers, and correlations. Conduct statistical analysis (forexamplehypothesis tests, confidence intervals) and build basic statistical models using relevant packages/software suites.

Minimum education and experience required:Master's degree or the equivalent in Business, Engineering, Statistics or related field and 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business, Engineering, Statistics or related field, plus 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

Skillsrequired: Must have experience with:SQL, Hive, Cloud Data Warehouse (ex.BigQuery, Redshift). Programming (Python, C#). Experimentation and Statistical Analysis. KPI Design & Measurement. Collaborate with stakeholders across product, design, and engineering to translate business needs into actionable insights and measurable outcomes. Providing recommendations from complex analytics to the executive audience. Using Advance excel for manipulating,analyzingand presenting data using functions like VLOOKUP, index, match,sumifs, etc. Automating data and analytic solutions at scale. Analyzing clickstream data to derive insights from userjourney. Creating data visualization using business intelligence tools. Ex. Looker, Tableau and Power BI. Experience conducting code reviews.Statistical tools and languages like R and Python.Employerwill accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Rate of pay:$94,557.00 - 180,000.00/year
