Position Summary...The Walmart US eCommerce Marketplace team empowers sellers worldwide to reach millions of buyers. As a Manager of Data Analytics, you will build and scale business analytics capabilities that measure performance, identify operational and financial levers, and enable faster, higher-quality decisions. You will partner with Product, Business, Finance, and Technology to define business KPIs, standardize metrics, improve data quality, and deliver insights that drive seller growth, customer experience, and profitability. This role requires strong analytical rigor, end-to-end ownership (from problem framing to measurement to impact tracking), and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for leadership.  What you'll do...About the team:
The Seller Fulfilled Services Analytics team operates with startup agility backed by enterprise scale. Embedded directly across Product, Engineering, and Business functions, we act as proactive strategic partners rather than traditional report-builders.
Our mission is to empower business growth through data-driven insights, rigorous impact measurement, and high velocity. We take extreme ownership of our work, using data to directly shape critical business decisions.
  What you'll do:
  • Strategy & Performance: Product and marketplace data will be analyzed to define KPIs, optimize strategies, and size growth opportunities.
  • Analytics & Engineering: Dashboards, AI Agents, and pipelines will be built to maintain high data governance and accelerate time-to-insight.
  • Data Science: A/B tests, predictive machine learning models, and statistical analyses will be executed to forecast trends and evaluate product impact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Actionable insights will be communicated to cross-functional partners and senior leadership during regular business reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR).
