Duties:Data Source Identification: To support understanding of priorityorder ofrequirements and service level agreements. Helpidentifymostsuitable source for data that is fit for purpose. Perform initial data quality checks on extracted data. Data Strategy: To understand, articulate and apply principles of defined strategy to routine business problems that involve a single function. Understanding Business Context:To Providerecommendations to business stakeholders to solve complex business issues. Develop business cases for projects with a projected return on investment or cost savings. Translate business requirements into projects, activities and tasks and aligns to overall business strategy anddevelopsdomain specificartifact.Serve as an interpreter and conduit to connect business needs with tangible solutions and results.Identifyand recommend relevant business insightspertaining totheir area of work. Tech. Problem Formulation: To translate/ co-own business problems within one's discipline to data related or mathematical solutions. Identify appropriate methods/tools to be leveraged to provide a solutionfor problem. Share use cases andgivesexamples to demonstrate howmethodwould solve businessproblem.Data Visualization: To generate appropriate graphical representations of data and model outcomes.Understand customer requirements to designappropriate datarepresentation for multiple data sets. Work with User Experience designers and User Interface engineers asrequiredto build front end applications. Present to andinfluencesteam and business audience usingappropriate datavisualization frameworks andconveysclear messages through business and stakeholder understanding. Customize communication style based onstakeholderunder guidance andleveragesrational arguments. Profile,analyzeand assess data quality. Test andvalidatedata quality requirements. Continuously measure and monitor data quality. Deliver against data quality service level agreements. Manage operational Data Quality Management procedures. Manage data quality issues andleadsdata cleansing activities to remove data quality defects, improve dataqualityandeliminateunused data.Determineuser accessibility andremovesorrestrictsuser access as needed. Interpret company and regulatory policies on data. Educate others on data governance processes, practices,policiesand Exploratory Data Analysis: To collect and tabulate data and evaluate results todetermineaccuracy,validityand applicability. Support identification and application of statistical techniques based on requirements. Apply suitabletechniqueunder direction from leadership.Assistin planning,designand implementation ofan exploratorydata analysis researchprojects. Understand existing statistical models andidentifyand recommend statistical models based on hypothesis. Use advanced Knowledge in Data Discovery tools to write queries and analyze data toidentifypatterns, trends,outliersand correlations. Conduct statistical analysis and build basic statistical models using relevant packages/software suites.

Minimum education and experience required:Master's degree or the equivalent in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field plus 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related experience; OR 4 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related experience.

Skills Required: Must have experience with:Report building and data visualization using Tableau and Power BI including design, development, deployment, and support of dashboards, and making business decisions based on the dashboard visualizations; Exploratory and Scenario analysis to find actionable insights in large datasets; NoSQL Databases including Big Query; Relational Databases including Azure; Analyzing and modeling structured and unstructured data to support analysis and measure performance; High level data processing and cleaning by writing and executing procedures and using complex queries and performance tuning; Data analysis, data science, and statistics; Analyzing and modeling structured and unstructured data to support scalability, and fault tolerance; Building and deploying predictive forecast models for package and site level outbound volume using SQL and Excel; Demand planning/estimation using Excel.Employerwill accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Rate of pay:$110,302.00 - 155,000.00/year
