Responsibilities
  • Assess current reporting workflows, dashboards, and data sources to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design KPI definitions, data models, and governance practices that support consistent, trusted reporting.
  • Build and automate data pipelines and analytics solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Develop executive and operational dashboards with clear, user-friendly visuals and self-service access where appropriate.
  • Validate data, perform quality checks, and optimize reporting processes to help ensure high accuracy.
  • Support reporting for voice-enabled healthcare technologies, including adoption, utilization, efficiency, and revenue cycle metrics.
  • Document solutions thoroughly and provide training and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to translate reporting needs into actionable analytics solutions.
