We are looking for aproject managerto support ongoing reporting and dashboarding activities. This role sits at the intersection of business, reporting, and data analysis, with a strong focus on ServiceNow and Power BI. The new consultant will work closely with 2 other consultants, ensuring continuity of service and supporting dayโ€‘toโ€‘day operational and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)
  • Understand and document existing ServiceNow services, reports, and dashboards
  • Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports
  • Participate in project, reporting, and operational meetings
  • Support Power BI dashboards and continuous improvements
  • Analyze data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and business relevance
  • Understand data meaning, business logic, and KPIs
  • Translate business needs into clear reporting requirements and KPIs
  • Contribute to ongoing reporting improvements and adโ€‘hoc analyses
Qualifications
  • Project Business Analyst / Junior Project Manager / Junior Data Analyst
  • Strong functional and business-oriented mindset (more functional than technical)
  • Comfortable with data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to understand processes and clearly explain data insights
  • Industry knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Autonomous, structured, and able to work efficiently in a small team
