Route Coordinator - Customer Service Representative Position

Pest Assassins is a family owned and operated business serving Massachusetts & Rhode Island. We pride ourselves in providing our customers with effective and reliable pest control solutions.
Pest Assassins is looking for a dependable, hard-working and motivated individual for our Route Coordinator/ CSR position. We are seeking someone with a genuine passion for providing quality customer service.
This position will be based out of our Smithfield, RI office. Pest control experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all inbound communication from prospective and existing customers including phone, text, email and website submissions.
  • Assist with inbound alerts from technicians and resolve.
  • Input customer data into system and schedule inspections and services as needed.
  • Resolving customer issues & concerns by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor routes and communicate with technicians of reschedules or other changes.
  • Work with field reps and manager directly to update customer information.
  • Ensure customer database is up to date. Correct customer data as needed to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage accounts receivable and collection efforts.
  • Manage administrative requests and tasks.
  • Effectively handle cancellation requests and manage reinstatement efforts.
  • Assist in the daily and weekly scheduling of service routes using routing software.
  • Complete and distribute daily service reports.
  • Communicate with new customers and additional service request customers to insure satisfaction.
