Shipping Clerk - Attention to Detail Required (CTPAT & FTZ Experience Preferred)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping and logistics processes, a strong understanding of CTPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) and Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) requirements, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Your Contribution
  • Prepare and process domestic and international shipments accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with CTPAT security protocols and FTZ regulations.
  • Verify shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain inventory and shipping records.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, production, and transportation teams to ensure timely shipments.
  • Identify and resolve shipping discrepancies.
  • Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to maintain records, communicate with internal teams, and prepare shipping documentation.
  • Follow company safety, security, and compliance procedures.
Your Profile
  • Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of CTPAT and FTZ requirements preferred.
