Job Type: Full-Time Monday-Friday No Call, No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays
Pay: $185,000-$195,000/year (Permanent W2)
Sign-On Bonus: Offered on a case-by-case basis
Annual Bonus: $4,000
Job Summary: We're currently hiring a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our GI-focused anesthesia care team in Delray Beach, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced CRNAs and recent graduates who are passionate about delivering safe, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia services for outpatient GI endoscopy procedures
Conduct thorough pre-procedure assessments
Administer intra-procedural sedation and monitor patient vitals
Coordinate post-procedure recovery and patient transitions
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety standards
Collaborate with endoscopy teams and nursing staff to ensure optimal outcomes
Qualifications:
Active CRNA license (Florida)
Must meet Florida credentialing requirements
GI/Endoscopy experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
Commitment to high-quality patient care
