Full-time
Description
Join the team shaping the future of healthcare! Medbridge is a dynamic software-as-a-service company working with the country's largest healthcare providers to build technology solutions that help patients get better faster while decreasing the overall cost of care. Our Marketing team is growing, and we're looking for a part-time SEO and AI Content Specialist to join us.
We hire in the following states: AZ, CO, FL, ID, GA, IL, NH, KS, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
In this role, you'll own the execution and optimization of SEO-informed, AI-assisted content that reaches the clinicians who use Medbridge every day. You'll turn source material-course transcripts, SME interviews, existing guides and webinars-into clear, accurate, search-optimized content for professional healthcare audiences across physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, athletic training, and nursing.
This is a hands-on, high-craft role that sits at the intersection of writing, SEO, and applied AI. You'll partner closely with subject matter experts, instructors, and our SEO, product, and clinical content teams, and you'll report to the Senior Manager of Content Strategy & Communications. It's a great fit for a strong writer who is fluent with AI tools, cares about editorial quality, and wants meaningful part-time work on content that matters.
Why work at Medbridge?
  • We are mission driven. Our mission is clear-we want to help everyone move well, feel well, and live well.
  • You'll make an impact here. 300,000+ clinicians use our products daily, impacting millions of patients. The content you create helps them stay informed and deliver better care.
  • Our customers love Medbridge! We work with 9 of the top 10 private practice and hospital systems nationwide, and 6 of the top 10 home health organizations.

In this role you will:
  • Outline, write, and edit clinician-facing blog articles from course transcripts, SME interviews, and existing assets, using AI-assisted workflows to draft, edit, and optimize content at scale.
  • Edit and shape content from external contributors, guest bloggers, and subject matter experts, collaborating with instructors and SMEs on outlines, feedback, citations, and clinical accuracy.
  • Write and optimize SEO elements-metadata, headers, titles and descriptions, alt text, FAQs, keyword integration, and internal linking-to align content with Medbridge voice, tone, and search strategy.
  • Write copy for lead-generation assets (guides, assessments, checklists, and downloadable PDFs) and for webinar and podcast campaigns, including registration and landing pages, pre- and post-event emails, scripts, and social copy.
  • Own planning and writing for discipline-specific clinical newsletters across SLP, PT, OT, AT, and RN audiences, selecting featured content and aligning messaging with product launches and strategic priorities.
  • Support ongoing SEO maintenance-content refreshes, 301 redirects, and ranking improvements-and request, upload, and optimize YouTube videos aligned to article and search strategy.
  • Build and document repeatable AI-assisted content workflows, prompts, and quality checks that keep output accurate, original, on-brand, and clinically sound.

What you will need to succeed:
  • 2-4 years of experience in content writing, SEO, or content marketing, ideally in healthcare, healthtech, or another technical or regulated field.
  • Strong SEO fundamentals: keyword research, search intent, metadata, internal linking, content refreshes, redirects, FAQs, and headers.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for content development-prompting, AI-assisted drafting and editing, quality control, and workflow documentation.
  • Strong editorial judgment across voice and tone, structure, clarity, and citation integrity, with the ability to write for professional audiences without oversimplifying.
  • Ability to translate clinical or technical concepts into accurate, accessible content.
  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with SMEs and with SEO, product, and clinical partners, and managing feedback across multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid content-operations skills: managing deadlines, organizing inputs, and maintaining consistency across formats..

Nice to Have
  • Experience writing for clinician or healthcare professional audiences (PT, OT, SLP, AT, or nursing).
  • Familiarity with AI content platforms such as Claude or custom GPTs, and experience building or maintaining prompt libraries and repeatable AI content workflows.
  • Experience with email and newsletter platforms and campaign coordination.
  • Familiarity with SEO and analytics tooling and content management systems.

Our Values:

  • We believe that excellence is never an accident. It's the result of high intention, sincere effort, and intelligent execution.
  • We are change-makers who push the boundaries of what is possible, continually reimagining patient care.
  • We realize that our work impacts people's health and demands that we hold ourselves to the highest possible standards.
  • We know a good thing when we see it; when exceptional talent comes our way, we hire them and help them grow.
  • We understand the value of time, and we give our best effort every day because we have a day in which to give it.

Fortitude: Our goals are big. Our dedication is bigger.

  • We are courageous as we venture into the unknown.

Service: We work for something more important than ourselves.
  • We care deeply about our colleagues, customers, and patients, ensuring our work at Medbridge has a lasting impact.
  • We take a multi-disciplinary, data-oriented approach to solving problems.

  • We know that if we do great work, we help people live healthier lives.
