Join a growing commercial contractor as a Project Manager leading Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong expertise in budgeting, GMP development, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client engagement. Client Details Our client is an established commercial construction firm with a strong presence in Florida, delivering complex projects across public and private sectors. The organization offers long-term growth opportunities and a collaborative environment focused on quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Description * Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. * Lead CMAR delivery efforts alongside owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners. * Develop and manage project budgets, GMP proposals, forecasts, and cost estimates. * Oversee project schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities. * Manage project financials while mentoring Assistant Project Managers and support staff Profile * 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience. * Proven experience delivering CMAR projects for municipal, education, healthcare, or other public-sector clients. * Strong knowledge of preconstruction services, GMP development, value engineering, and constructability reviews. * Proficiency with Procore, Sage, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
