Job description

Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone with forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of order picking, shipping and receiving, and basic computer applications.

Location: Olathe, KS
Employment Type: Full-time (until Jan.2027)
Work Conditions: Warehouse / Distribution
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse activities including material handling, order picking, shipping and receiving, and inventory organization. This role requires the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:
Operate sit-down forklifts and lift trucks to safely move materials
Perform order picking and prepare products for shipment
Assist with shipping and receiving activities
Load and unload materials as needed
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
Complete shipping and receiving documentation accurately
Utilize Microsoft Word and basic computer applications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and management

Minimum Requirements:
Previous sit-down forklift and lift truck experience required
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Experience with order picking, shipping, and receiving
Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Word
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
