Warehouse Receiver

SmartTalent is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Receiving Associate to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and production operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have recent experience operating stand-up forklifts and warehouse equipment, preparing materials for production, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Experience with WMS systems, shipping software, and receiving processes is preferred.

LOCATION: Woodinville, WA

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 7am - 330pm

PAY: $23 - $25

Key Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks to transport and position materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.

• Prepare and organize materials for upcoming production schedules.

• Use stretch wrap and banding equipment to secure product shipments.

• Complete order picking, packing, and shipping duties for outgoing deliveries.

• Partner with the Supervisor and Warehouse Lead to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped within deadlines.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, confirming product quality and verifying quantities against purchase documentation.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of shipping supplies and materials through the WMS system.

Qualifications

• Previous stand-up forklift experience required.

• Basic technical aptitude and computer proficiency.

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

• Efficient worker with a dependable work ethic.

• Capable of working independently while supporting team goals.

• Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate well with employees across multiple departments and personalities.

Preferred Skills

• Current forklift certification preferred.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.

• Previous experience working in a receiving or warehouse environment.

• Familiarity with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).

• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and general computer programs such as Word, Excel, and shipping software.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
