As the Technical Program Manager for Warehouse & Manufacturing Operations, you drive end-to-end program execution for warehouse and manufacturing system initiatives. You manage product backlogs, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and ensure programs deliver on time with measurable outcomes

You translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps and collaborate with product managers, customers, and stakeholders across the organization to align priorities and maintain delivery cadence. You drive discussions around business process design and engage stakeholders across cross-functional teams to build consensus, resolve competing priorities, and align on solutions. To succeed you must be highly motivated, detail oriented, and an effective communicator.
Key job responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with product managers; ensure stories are well-defined, estimated, and sequenced for delivery
Drive end-to-end program execution - scoping, planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across warehouse, manufacturing, transportation, quality, procurement and finance teams
Contribute to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies; drive resolution with urgency
Represent and advocate for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Define and track success metrics, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), delivery milestones, and executive reporting
Manage release planning, cutover activities, and go-live readiness across multiple environments

You collaborate with product managers, customers, and stakeholders across the organization to drive program execution for warehouse and manufacturing system initiatives
