Job description

Description

We are a high-end residential custom technology integration company looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day organization, inventory, and preparation of equipment and materials for our installation teams.

This is a hands-on position for someone who is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. You will play an important role in making sure our technicians have the right products and materials when they need them.

Responsibilities

  •  Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Enter received products accurately into our inventory management system.
  • Organize products on designated warehouse shelves and maintain clear labeling.
  • Allocate equipment and materials to specific customer projects.
  • Pick and stage equipment for upcoming installation jobs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and identify shortages or discrepancies.
  • Monitor commonly used warehouse and installation supplies and replenish stock as needed.
  • Process vendor RMAs/RGAs and coordinate product returns.
  • Communicate with project managers, purchasing staff, vendors, and field technicians.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.
  • Pick up and deliver equipment, materials, or products to job sites and vendors when needed.
  • Help improve warehouse organization and inventory processes as the company grows.

Requirements

Required

  • Previous warehouse, inventory, receiving, logistics, or material-management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory software.
  • Ability to accurately track products and maintain inventory records.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and materials as required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a small team.
  • Must live within approximately 20 minutes of Ridge Road, Spring City, PA 19475.

Preferred

  • Experience with inventory management software.
  • Experience receiving and organizing electronic equipment or technology products.
  • Experience processing RMAs/returns with vendors.
  • Experience supporting field technicians, contractors, installers, or project teams.
  • Experience in residential construction, low-voltage, AV, security, networking, or home technology.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, inventory, receiving, logistics, or material-management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory software.
  • Ability to accurately track products and maintain inventory records.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and materials as required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a small team.
  • Must live within approximately 20 minutes of Ridge Road, Spring City, PA 19475.
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who naturally keeps things organized and takes ownership of their work. You should be the type of person who notices when inventory doesn't match the system, knows where things are supposed to be, and makes sure materials are ready before a technician arrives to pick them up.

Experience in a warehouse or inventory environment is valuable, but reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are equally important.

Why Join Us?
  • Part-time schedule with flexibility.
  • Work with a professional team in the luxury residential technology industry.
  • Varied, hands-on work rather than a repetitive warehouse environment.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of and improve our warehouse operations.
