This position will work 3:30 PM-12 AM

Responsibilities

Serves as on-site supervisor and assistant to operations manager for the yard/warehouse/safety; with responsibility for warehouse function which involves receipt of the products from external and internal suppliers; pulling and loading products for shipment; and training, guiding, coaching, and counseling the materials-handling associates. Responsible for day-to-day safety awareness and enforcement of Division Safety and PPE policy and operations consistent with established standard operating procedures. Serves as a troubleshooter in handling daily activities within the yard.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Requires two (2) year technical education, college degree; or high school diploma and a minimum three (3) years operations experience. Must have prior supervisory experience. Skill requirements include leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and good interpersonal and communication and proficiency in utilizing computer software applications necessary for performing job responsibilities. Warehouse/yard operations with some physical exertion. Performs some duties under seasonal environmental conditions.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of building materials a plus.
