Position Summary
This position is responsible for playing a key role in the efficient operation of the warehouse by assisting with receiving, storing, and shipping products. The Warehouse Associate will ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and safely, contributing to a smooth workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving and Inspection:
  • Unload shipments of raw materials and finished plastic bags.
  • Verify accuracy of shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Inspect received items for quality and defects, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.

Storage and Organization:
  • Properly store materials and finished products in designated areas, ensuring optimal space utilization.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to 5S principles.

Order Fulfillment:
  • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring all items are labeled correctly.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with shipping standards.

Inventory Management:
  • Assist with regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Report stock shortages and help manage reordering processes for materials and supplies.

Safety Compliance:
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures specific to warehouse operations and manufacturing environments.
