Job description

Warehouse Associate (Part-Time / Temp - Warehouse Transition Team)
Overview
Little Bipsy is seeking dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associates to support our daily fulfillment operations while assisting with the successful relocation of our warehouse. This role is essential to ensuring customer orders continue to be fulfilled accurately while inventory, equipment, and warehouse infrastructure are transitioned between facilities.
During this transition, team members will support operations across two warehouse locations, helping maintain business continuity while assisting with warehouse setup, inventory movement, and operational improvements. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where no two days are exactly alike.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for accuracy and accessibility.
  • Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
  • Retag, relabel, or repackage merchandise as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting inventory, equipment, fixtures, and supplies between warehouse locations.
  • Support warehouse relocation efforts, including dismantling, packing, moving, assembling, and organizing racking, shelving, workstations, and operational equipment.
  • Assist in setting up new warehouse workspaces, fulfillment stations, and storage locations.
  • Work across multiple warehouse sites as operational needs require throughout the transition.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, efficiency, and workflow.
  • Perform other warehouse, fulfillment, and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or retail experience is preferred but not required.
  • Forklift certification is a plus or willingness to become certified.
Work Environment
This position will support operations across multiple warehouse locations during Little Bipsy's warehouse relocation project. Team members should be comfortable traveling between facilities, performing physically demanding work, and assisting with warehouse setup, organization, and relocation activities as needed. Facilities are located in Everett, WA and Marysville, WA.
Schedule
This position will begin as a part-time and temporary, averaging approximately 20 hours per week.
