  • Base Salary: $126,611-$138,546 with a potential 20% annual bonus
  • Location: Sacramento, CA
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:30AM-4:00PM

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team to Drive customer (internal and external) satisfaction through the ownership of all truck loading and unloading activities. Own execution and adherence to standards for all Warehouse processes related to inventory and warehousing. Uphold frontline employee safety through the regulation of safety policy compliance, behaviors, and the identification and execution of safety improvement opportunities.


Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Reflects Primo Brands Leadership Framework in conducting daily business role and activities
  • Ownership of the handling, storage and distribution of Primo Brands bottled water products to the end consumer.
  • Oversee the warehouse operations; including safety, quality, continuous improvement, P&L, budgeting, hiring, inventory control, warehouse maintenance and fleet operations within those functional areas.
  • Lead the execution of cultural changes and activities needed to support Primo Brands key objectives
  • Convey deep emphasis on employee engagement through shift hand off practices and shift start-up communications.
  • Strong execution and focus on safety is required.
  • Coach and develop leaders and team members to successful results, including identifying training and development needs.
  • Determine staffing needs to meet workload requirements and manage day-to-day budget and forecasts
  • Effectively manage warehouse utilization and resolve exceptions to daily operation
  • Maintain contingency plans for time sensitive operations (unscheduled absentees, customer service issues, systems malfunctions, inventory exceptions, transport equipment issues, weather events)
  • Develop strong partnerships with plant management, operations/production, planning, transportation, finance, quality and inventory control
  • Collaborate with peers across the company to share best practices and maintain compliance
  • Develop, Maintain, and confirm processes are run in accordance with SOPs and other documentation and best practices
  • Maintain an ability to step into all warehouse functions as needed.
  • Ensure quality service to consumers by exceeding customer shipping requirements within the established time frame, and by communicating to internal contacts any issues that may impact customers
  • Participate in key community involvement activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, College degree preferred
  • APICS certifications (an asset)
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience, including warehouse and inventory experience with at least 2 years leading a team
  • Prior experience in consumer products (food and beverage preferred)
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel Powerpoint and business management software (SAP preferred) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Proven leadership skills, coaching and developing leaders & employees
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement such as and manage to/achieve metrics. Experience with the development and execution of TPM, LEAN, and Six Sigma principals preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with frontline employees, peers, and executives
  • Ability to drive positive changes in both processes and systems and culture
  • Strong internal and external customer focus with great follow-up
  • Ability to provide after-hours support to a 24/7 operation for critical issues
