Job description

Join a professional community association management team. The role supports the smooth day to day opeations of a small office providing organized, accurate and service-focused administrative support to residents, guests, vendors, team members and the general manager.


Prefer a candidate with at least two years of office, clerical, administrative, or customer service experience.


-Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

-Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through with tasks

-Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

-Communicate professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and team members in person, or by phone and email

-Clear written and and verbal communication skills
