What You'll Do

As the Organization Development and Culture Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development, execution and implementation of global strategies that align with and support the company's objectives. Other duties include:

  • Leverage and improve the good practices that already exist across the business

  • Ensure our work is practical, effective, and consistently embedded in our systems and processes for long term sustainability

  • Work closely with the HR team and the business, providing strong support to ensure the strategies, plans, actions and initiatives are implemented across the organization. 

  • Responsible for developing and implementing regional (Americas) Organizational Development, Culture, and Workforce Experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or related field or equivalent experience

  • 10 years' experience in HR roles in either a generalist and/or specialist capacity (in the areas of OD and/or workplace culture)

  • Demonstrated experience in successfully leading people-related strategies, ideally in the areas of OD and workplace culture

  • Demonstrated experience people-related strategies into practical annual plans and executing on those plans

  • Experience with annual cyclical HR processes including talent, succession planning, development planning and employee engagement surveys

  • Ability to coach, support and motivate individuals and teams to achieve OD and workplace culture objectives

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, tailored for the audience
