Job description

We are looking for a full-time project manager. This position is an integral project management team member and is responsible for strategically leading construction projects from concept to completion.

Our commercial construction project managers are responsible for multiple projects in various stages of construction from preconstruction/ design to project close-out. This applicant must plan, develop and coordinate all office related construction activities to support the on-site field team during the lifecycle of the project. They will assist with bid proposals and coordination of quality control and safety activities. Our project managers identify potential risks and develop strategies to ensure project success. This applicant will communicate project expectations effectively to ensure successful project execution.


Skills & Qualifications include:

  • Any combination of education and experience considered 5-years of construction experience and construction management, or engineering degree preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to travel when required.
