Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Quality Control Manager for an exciting opportunity.

Job Description and Responsibilities

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for implementing, maintaining, enforcing, and documenting the Quality Control (QC) Program in support of the WDTC Data Science Division Information Technology Support Services contract. This position provides independent oversight of contract performance to ensure all services are delivered in full compliance with contractual requirements, including the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Performance Requirements Summary (PRS), and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). The Quality Control Manager will monitor operational performance trends, verify adherence to staffing qualifications and certification requirements, oversee Government property accountability processes, and ensure timely identification and resolution of deficiencies through corrective action procedures. In addition, the role supports Government surveillance and audit activities by maintaining accurate, inspection-ready quality records, validating the effectiveness of corrective actions, and promoting continuous process improvement to enhance overall service delivery and mission support.


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)

  • Comprehensive knowledge of quality control principles, performance management processes, and compliance standards related to Information Technology support services contracts, including oversight of PWS, PRS, and QASP requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement, maintain, and enforce Quality Control Programs, conduct performance assessments, identify deficiencies, and develop effective corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to monitor performance trends, evaluate operational data, maintain inspection-ready documentation, and ensure compliance with staffing, certification, and Government property control requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Government representatives, program leadership, and cross-functional teams to provide independent quality oversight, support surveillance activities, and present findings, recommendations, and status reports.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining quality assurance records, standard operating procedures, audit documentation, and process improvement initiatives to ensure consistent service delivery and continuous operational improvement.

  • IAT-II Baseline Certification (Security+, CYSA, et al.)

  • Required to stand, walk and sit; communicate verbally both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Physical demands associated with this position include extensive walking (including stairs) throughout offices and between buildings. May require use of public transportation, personal or Government vehicle to drive to local and/or remote office locations.
