What You'll Achieve

  • Manage and mentor multiple direct reports, ensuring quality and efficiency of output while serving as the primary point of escalation
  • Set team standards for client support, technical excellence, and cross-functional service
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert and client liaison, collaborating with internal teams to drive execution and delivery of key initiatives
  • Identify and lead enhancement opportunities that support client marketing goals and anticipate future needs
  • Integrate marketers into the Epsilon system by designing, developing, and testing technical solutions; maintain client-specific codebases for campaigns
  • Direct the team in developing strategic solutions for client marketing needs
  • Advise account teams and clients on platform features and campaign setup options
  • Provide relevant, timely, and concise updates to senior leadership
  • Build product knowledge to understand and communicate revenue impact of configuration options

Who You Are

  • Proven ability to manage and mentor direct reports while maintaining technical excellence
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; able to set standards and guide cross-functional collaboration
  • Deep understanding of web technologies, SQL, and JavaScript with ability to direct technical strategy
  • Experience advising clients and internal teams on platform features and campaign setup
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to support team efficiency
  • Background in digital marketing and consulting, with a focus on scalable client solutions

Experience and Education

  • 7+ Years of experience in a Technical Role
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing technology
  • 3+ years leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or related field, or equivalent experience

#LI-KN1  Compensation Range: USD $98,000.00 - USD $182,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
