Job description

Client Relations Associate

The Client Relations Associate is a high-touch, full-service relationship support role within our Private Banking division. This individual serves as a trusted extension of the banking team, delivering seamless white-glove service across the full spectrum of client interactions — from day-to-day communications to curated experiences and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, discreet, and thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth private banking clients, delivering consistent, personalized service.
    • Manage all client communications including routine updates, inquiries, and follow-ups with professionalism and discretion.
    • Anticipate client needs and proactively address requests before they arise.
  • Events & Surprise and Delight
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute exclusive client events from concept through completion, including venue sourcing, catering, invitations, and on-site management.
    • Design and deliver bespoke "surprise and delight" moments — curated gifts, personalized experiences, milestone recognitions, and thoughtful gestures that deepen client relationships.
    • Cultivate and manage partnerships with luxury vendors, hospitality providers, and lifestyle services to enhance the client experience.
  • Ticketing & Travel
    • Source and manage tickets for high-demand events including sports, performing arts, cultural galas, and private access experiences.
    • Coordinate all aspects of client travel — flights, hotels, ground transportation, dining reservations, and itinerary planning — ensuring a seamless, premium experience.
  • Business Development Support
    • Maintain and update the Salesforce CRM platform with accurate client data, activity logs, pipeline stages, and opportunity tracking.
    • Prepare comprehensive meeting materials including briefing documents, client profiles, presentation decks, and relevant market or portfolio summaries.
    • Capture and distribute detailed meeting follow-ups, action items, and next steps; track completion to ensure accountability.
    • Support bankers with pipeline management, prospect research, and relationship mapping.
  • Expense Management
    • Process, track, and reconcile client entertainment and business development expenses in accordance with firm policies.
    • Prepare monthly expense reports and ensure timely submission and approval.
  • Digital & Social Media Presence
    • Draft and schedule content for the team's professional social media channels (LinkedIn, etc.), highlighting market insights, firm announcements, events, and community engagement.
    • Maintain brand consistency and compliance standards across all digital communications.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

Required

  • 3–6 years of experience in a client-facing role within private banking, wealth management, luxury hospitality, or a comparable high-touch service environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM; ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; impeccable attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating events and/or travel logistics.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential client information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with luxury vendor networks, concierge services, or lifestyle management.
  • Familiarity with financial services compliance and client data privacy requirements.
  • Existing relationships within local arts, cultural, culinary, or sports communities.

Hours & Work Schedule:

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F
