Job description

Client Care Manager_ LPN, Nurse preferred

Where Excellence Meets Compassion

At Home Instead, we are redefining what exceptional aging care looks like — and we are looking for people who want to be part of something meaningful.

This is not just a client care role. It is an opportunity to become a trusted guide for families during some of the most important and emotional moments in their lives while helping build a culture where both clients and Care Professionals feel supported, valued, and cared for.

We are seeking a compassionate, relationship-focused, and solutions-driven Client Care Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence and empathy, and believes in finding ways to say “yes” for the families we serve.

If you are someone who naturally builds trust, solves problems calmly, and wants work that truly matters every day — we would love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

As a Client Care Advisor, you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for clients, families, and Care Professionals from the very first interaction forward.

You will:

  • Meet with prospective clients and families to understand care needs and create personalized care plans
  • Conduct Care Consultations with compassion, professionalism, and confidence
  • Help families navigate difficult situations while providing reassurance, guidance, and solutions
  • Build strong ongoing relationships with clients, families, and Care Professionals
  • Conduct quality assurance visits and follow-up calls to ensure service excellence
  • Collaborate closely with Scheduling, HR, and Leadership teams to support continuity of care
  • Support and encourage Care Professionals through communication, coaching, and recognition
  • Proactively resolve concerns and help create positive outcomes for clients and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to overall territory growth and client satisfaction

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Leads with compassion and professionalism
  • Communicates positively and confidently, even during challenges
  • Is highly organized and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
  • Builds relationships naturally and earns trust quickly
  • Thinks in terms of solutions, not barriers
  • Works collaboratively and values being part of a strong team
  • Has experience in healthcare, home care, client services, case management, or relationship management (preferred)

Why Home Instead?

At Home Instead, you are part of a mission-driven organization that believes in supporting both our clients and our team members at a high level.

We offer:

  • Meaningful work with purpose and impact
  • A supportive and collaborative culture
  • Professional growth and development opportunities
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities

Our Core Values

We lead with: Compassion, Commitment, Integrity, Courage, and Inspiration

If you are passionate about helping others, building meaningful relationships, and making a difference every day, we’d love to hear from you.
