Job description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Care Coordinator located in Boynton Beach, FL. In this role, you will act as a primary contact between clients and caregivers.

Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, coordinating client care schedules, and addressing both client and caregiver concerns with professionalism.

Successful candidates need to be able to think quickly, multi-task and reprioritize with a high sense of urgency. Being able to remain steady and organized are critical to success. You must be able to work in a team environment and be capable of taking direction well from team leads.

While experience in home care is preferred, other scheduling-related experience in a 24/7 industry may be transferrable.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Match appropriate caregivers with clients based on intake requests
  • Be able to assist RN team with intake requests as needed
  • Coordinate client and caregiver schedules
  • Maintain communication with clients and/or family members to ensure client satisfaction
  • Assist in answering phones

Requirements:

  • Polite phone etiquette is a must
  • Strong time management/organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize time sensitive tasks
  • Resourceful and able to work independently and prioritize
  • Strong computer skills - working knowledge of MatrixCare/Soneto A PLUS!
