Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the needs and challenges faced by clients, developing personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual circumstances.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, tailored to promote the well-being and resilience of clients.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring that all documentation complies with HIPAA guidelines and our internal privacy policies.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and nursing staff, to provide holistic care and coordinate services for client support.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to understand mental health challenges and engage effectively in the treatment process.
  • Stay abreast of developments in the field of mental health, continually enhancing your knowledge to provide the best possible care to clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will support a diverse client population that includes individuals dealing with grief, loss, chronic illness, and mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Must possess a valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Tennessee.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is essential, demonstrating proficiency in working with diverse populations.
  • Familiarity with solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and trauma-informed care practices is highly valued.
