We focus on the production and preservation of affordable housing and empowering strong communities.

A typical day in the life of a Recertification II working with seniors includes, but not limited to all resident recertification processing, paperwork, and inspections including irregular updates to tenant information as needed. This position also assists with various repair and replacement requisitions, move in and move out proceedings, voucher rent coordination, coordinate apartment inspections for recertification, maintain accurate and timely statistical records and reports pertaining to HUD, PCH, and to the residents.

We're looking for a candidate who:

If you're selected to move forward in the hiring process, we will reach out by phone to schedule an in-person interview with our senior operations team.

Please note that this position requires the successful completion of drug and background testing as part of the hiring process. The drug test does not screen for marijuana.
