Join our team of professionals at The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), where we produce and deliver network-quality features and programs for international television markets. Our highly creative production team produces network quality video packages involving lighting, video/audio recording, and directing techniques.

We are looking for a Videographer/Editor who enjoys using their expertise and creativity daily. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN’s Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of television production and post-production
  • Excellent knowledge of state-of-the-art video camera, lighting and audio production techniques and equipment operation
  • Strong experience in Adobe Premiere Editing software
  • Strong working knowledge in digital camera, 4K and HD production, editing, animation, and graphics techniques
  • Fluent in digital cinema, editing, animation and graphics technologies
  • Demonstrative knowledge of NTSC and PAL digital television standards as well as necessary conversion techniques
  • Competency with digital audio editing and mixing techniques
  • Skill in color perception and attention to visual and composition detail, with ability to color correct video as necessary
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Spanish preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport with all levels of management, staff, and outside public
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as an effective member of a cross-cultural team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with good eye for detail
  • Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
  • Available to perform varying, changing and multiple shifts, extended hours, and meet expectation of last minute work demands
  • Ability to stand, lift and carry minimum 30 lbs
  • Ability to travel with valid driver’s license and a good driving record
  • Demonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN’s non-profit Christian mission
